This project consisted of 7,500 sq ft interior remodel of the existing structure in Overland Park, Kansas. Preston Rothwell was the Senior Project Manager with Cary Case the onsite Superintendent during the three month project in the fall of 2009. The building is currently the largest cigar shop in the country. The remodel included a new lounge, with leather seating and big, flat-screen televisions, and handmade wood shelving holding the merchandise of the store.
