The new Byrd’s dance studio and gymnastics building in Kansas City, Kansas was an enjoyable project for Rothwell Construction. The 10,125 SF building consists of three separate dance rooms, one large gymnastics room, office space, reception area, viewing area for parents, and a large trampoline pit. Preston Rothwell was the Senior Project Manager for this project with Gary Sims the onsite Superintendent. Gary was able to keep the project on schedule despite the 28” of rain that occurred over 33 days during the beginning of the project. Despite the weather and other challenges the studio opened on schedule and is still operating smoothly.
