The Outlaw Cigar Store located in Overland Park, Kansas is the largest cigar store in the country. This facility was an exciting, high profile project that Rothwell Construction completed with great success.

The project entailed many unique features such as an expanded air filtration system, containing four over-sized smoke eaters, and complete humidification systems. The unique HVAC system design, located the forced air supply outlets at the floor level, which then assisted in providing excellent filtration for this large cigar store.

Outlaw Cigar is a 7,500 square foot space featuring lounge areas, retail sales, a poker room, and included a high level of architectural and casework detail. The locker room features 75 individual custom hardwood lockers. The custom design forces air through the lockers, providing fresh humid air ventilation.

The custom built humidor is surrounded with beautiful Spanish cedar shelving which compliments the product display. The store features multiple lounges throughout the space for customer enjoyment, a coffee bar, and the Hideout, a private party room which will host poker tournaments, parties, and special events.

Completed in just three months, this highly-detailed out of the box project is one that Rothwell Construction is pleased to be a part of.
